Her kan du se hva den \u00abtypiske\u00bb Wee.no-kunden svarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>COVID-19 skapte stor usikkerhet i 2020, og derfor var det ventet at svarene i Wee.no sin \u00e5rlige markedsunders\u00f8kelse skulle skille seg mye fra tidligere unders\u00f8kelser. Slik ble det likevel ikke, spesielt med tanke p\u00e5 handlem\u00f8nster, konstaterer markedssjef i Wee.no, Vivian Wee Flatnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 &nbsp;N\u00e6rmere 66 prosent, eller to av tre kunder, oppgir at de har handlet like mye under COVID-perioden som tidligere. Nesten 16 prosent oppgir at de har handlet mer. Det bekrefter ogs\u00e5 v\u00e5re omsetningstall, som viser en \u00f8kning p\u00e5 hele 20 prosent i 2020. Faktisk viser unders\u00f8kelsen at stadig flere kj\u00f8per dyrere produkter p\u00e5 Wee.no. Hele 11 prosent av kundene oppgir at de har handlet for over 75&nbsp;000 kroner de siste to \u00e5rene, forklarer Vivian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Informasjonsm\u00f8nster endrer seg<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I likhet med hva tidligere unders\u00f8kelser viser, er \u00abgjennomsnittskunden\u00bb p\u00e5 Wee.no en mann i 50 \u00e5rene bosatt i tettsted eller p\u00e5 landsbygda. De fleste kundene, 35,5 prosent, bor enten i Rogaland eller Vestland fylke, med Viken p\u00e5 en tredjeplass. Den \u00abtypiske\u00bb Wee.no kunden er prisbevisst \u2013 rett over halvparten av respondentene mener at pris er sv\u00e6rt viktig n\u00e5r de handler sine varer p\u00e5 nett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Selv om kundegruppen ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis endrer seg mye, ser vi at preferansene rundt kommunikasjonskanaler har endret seg en del. Det er en oppgang fra forrige unders\u00f8kelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Fra unders\u00f8kelsen ser vi ogs\u00e5 at viktigheten av god produktinformasjon og -presentasjon bare \u00f8ker. Derfor har vi n\u00e5 lagt ressurser i en ny og mer oversiktlig nettbutikk som bidrar til mer informativ og visuell presentasjon av produktene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Utstyr og maskiner handles i stadig \u00f8kende grad over nett, en utvikling COVID har bidratt til \u00e5 forsterke.
